i have just bought a ab work out chair from the telly box jus wonderd if any one else had one and do they realy work? thanx( need to shift my beer gut) lol

well if they have made on we should all have one on here, is it just for AB users and how does it work, do we have to rock backwards and forwards in our seats as we type on AB? I think alot of people on here probably already do the. : (

i go to the gym 3 times a week and dont drink from mon to fri but still have a beer gut so i think i should stop boozing at the weekend but then again i will keep my beer gut and have fun :}

I bought a slendertone ab belt from Argos on Sunday and I can already feel a difference in firmness.

I bought one a few years ago and it did work. Haven't used it for about two years now, but am planning on starting up again very soon in preparation for two major ops I need to get through. I found that if I put some good music on and got into a rhythm I would work out for longer. Like with most exercising though you need to start up gradually. Good luck with yours, it will definitely shift the beer gut!! LOL :o)

you'll have to get out doing some aerobic exercise (running, cycling, rowing) to get rid of your beer belly, an ab machine will just tone the muscle, if you still have the beer belly on top you'll have a lovely set of abs kept well hidden from the world!

they are really good i also bought one of the shopping tv channel and they do surport your back while doing the situps i think its was an excelent inverstment only one thing after i bought it i went on the net and an exersise web site was selling it for �40 instead of the �70 i paid build up slowly and your soon be doing loads of stomach crunches with out realising
