Of those I acheived 1, 3 and 4 by the time I was 30, although I married the wrong woman.
By the time I hit 40, I managed 1, 3 (married the right woman second time),4,5 and 7, the rest now being unattainable except for finishing the book, which I will do eventually.
I did but I changed it to ....By the time I was 40
1, Get a job that pays well
2, Buy a house in the countryside
3,Stop going out on the p!ss every weekend
4,Win the lottery
I`ve done 1,2 and 3 and sort of done 4, but only 4 numbers
We have a list of things we want to do and agreed to do at least one a year. This year we did the helicopter ride, last year we went paragliding and jet-skiing.Next year - who knows!!
Counsellor I'm 30 next September too and feel the exact same way. Even though I know I've achieved a lot since I was 18 sometimes I think 'what have I actually done'. I think a lot of it's to do with my pre conceived ideas about what I should have done by the time I was 30, e.g. get married, have kids, have lots of money, that I haven't.
I'm now trying to accept that I still have lots of time and trying to concentrate on improving my life in other ways e.g. being healthy, having fun.
Where's your apartment Jenna, area wise? My wife has a flat at the top of Covent Garden and I have a house in Hampstead and another in Highgate that are actually ours and not rented out. I used to love her flat when I first came to London, stones throw of Oxford St and everything going on. I love Central London.
