my psychiatrist told me to take it as clinical research has shown that it helps people with depression. You have to take a high concentration of it and the stuff that you get in the shops is not really strong enough.


I get mine from a company called Healthy and Essential via the internet. It costs me about �20 a month but I feel much better for taking them.
