seems a daft question but is there any difference between taking a paracetamol whole as opposed to breaking it in the mouth prior to swallowing.
this of course applies to all tablets.
i ask because if i swallow a tablet whole i get a sensation of indigestion but not if chewed.

There will be no dofference to the effect of the tablet in ytour system, so take it which ever way is more comfortable.

If your stomach is sensitive, why not try a soluble version?
