A good oakey, malty, dark real ale with lovely depth and character followed by an Absinth chaser.

I like a host of different tipples, but my favourite by a long shot, is 'Keummerling', a Bitter Schnapps. This drink, goes straight to the bottom of your stomach, and the you feel the warmth rising, all the way to your chest and above.
