And I know this sounds daft but there is no litter here. People just dont do it! Wished I had done it years ago! I do miss England but it is no longer good old England - Tony Blair has seen to that! What's to miss about the rising crime rate, problems with too many immigrants and too much PC that common sense no longer prevails?
Lake Como would be lovely, beautiful scenery, lots of gorgeous italian men (full of lots of lovely italian men with motorbikes as well...oh yes!), food to die for, close to Milan for shopping and amazing coffee to sit and watch the world go by with, short bus ride from Switzerland.....not that I'd need it as i'd fine some fine young italian stud to take me of course, pillion on his bike.
Chitchat are you really so narrow minded that you blame one person for the whole state of a country, that's some power he has. Have a word please. On the otherhand I'm glad that you have found happiness in what must have been a major decision to make, regardless of the what the nasty man was doing to your country.
Curiosity I dont consider myself narrow minded - however Tony Blair has to be ultimutely responsible for the state of this country as he has been our Prime Minister for the last 9 years. It is his government who has allowed the decline of this country. As the leader of the government the buck must stop with him. I love my country but I became increasing frustrated along with many others whose voices are ignored. I suspect there will be many more people leaving the UK becuase the powers that be dont want to listen to the general public - they think they know best.
