Me!!!

English and proud of it I'm afraid :-)
I have never been abroad yet and i'm 27 but never say never. I wouldnt mind ending up in a nursing home in cornwall, Looe preferably overlooking the harbour that would be lovely.
florida gated retirement home for me , witha large spa and golf course .
if I win the lottery,, if not ..prolly a wee council flat ..with my 2 cats
Not me - we have already emigrated to New Zealand and we love it here. People are so friendly. And I know this sounds daft but there is no litter here. People just dont do it! Wished I had done it years ago! I do miss England but it is no longer good old England - Tony Blair has seen to that! What's to miss about the rising crime rate, problems with too many immigrants and too much PC that common sense no longer prevails?
Lake Como would be lovely, beautiful scenery, lots of gorgeous italian men (full of lots of lovely italian men with motorbikes as well...oh yes!), food to die for, close to Milan for shopping and amazing coffee to sit and watch the world go by with, short bus ride from Switzerland.....not that I'd need it as i'd fine some fine young italian stud to take me of course, pillion on his bike.
oooo good question chris, i have not even thought about it, i will p[onder a while, nothing like making plans.
coffin for me.
well how does one put the great back into "Great Britain" ? i really am considering my retirement years in another country maybe new Zealand
The way this country is going? ... you mean gone?

In under 5 years, I'm outta here, probably the Greek mainland ... Nafplion, I reckon ... that'll do me 'til I shuffle off this mortal coil.
Chitchat are you really so narrow minded that you blame one person for the whole state of a country, that's some power he has. Have a word please. On the otherhand I'm glad that you have found happiness in what must have been a major decision to make, regardless of the what the nasty man was doing to your country.
Curiosity I dont consider myself narrow minded - however Tony Blair has to be ultimutely responsible for the state of this country as he has been our Prime Minister for the last 9 years. It is his government who has allowed the decline of this country. As the leader of the government the buck must stop with him. I love my country but I became increasing frustrated along with many others whose voices are ignored. I suspect there will be many more people leaving the UK becuase the powers that be dont want to listen to the general public - they think they know best.
Staying in the Uk, join the fight to save Britain
I will be in England, hopefully, and ideally it would be Whitby! That is my idea of heaven so it wouldnt be too much of a transition to pass over!
I will end my days in my country England. Nothing can make me leave, unless they ban gambling, drinking, and scantily clad girls...

Anywhere as long as it is in the arms of my Love. :o) Not sure that we will be in the UK though, very possibly not unless things improve greatly here. Might be in Germany or France (as I have lived in both countries before and loved it!) or somewhere a bit warmer.
