missing my ex
4 Answers
I have accepted that me and my boyfriend have broken up and that we won't be getting back together, and I know this is for the best. I just really miss him...how do I get used to being without him and doing the things we would usually do together by myself?

Sounds like you have a bit of strength, and have accepted it is for the best. Keep telling yourself that twinkle!
You need to surround yourself with friends, do some of the things you used to do before you got together. Grab a load of girlfriends and go and watch the devil wears prada, or some other chick flick or go out for a meal with mates.
Do you have a hoby? I often finds excercise is an excellent way to make you forget about things, it releases all of thoes natural happy hormones, makes you feel more alert, and at the end of the day will leave you feeling better about yourself the fitter you get! (even if you are fit as a fidde now, it will still make you feel happier).
Keep your chin up, focus on all the positive things you got out of the relationship, and imagine the new exciting opportunities that lie ahead for you!
Hope you feel loads better soon.
