charity assistance...?

Does anyone know of any charities that need help in the form of perhaps typing or preparing newsletters or something along these lines?

Haven't the energy to go out canvassing or anything but i'd like to do something.

any ideas?

anyway, charities will want to vet you, s the best way is going through the vb, and they will match you up with something locally
