Do you find it a bit unnerving doctors call what they do practice?

by the time they get their 'practice' you'd think they' have 'practised' quite a lot.so yes, you have a very valid point.
they practise but never master!
the thing with GPs-jack of all trades, master of none!unless you have piles, acne, conjunctivitis, anything 'textbook', forget it.they wont have a scooby.if you have a GP who doesnt have the 'god' complex and actually does their job and refers you onto someone else without feeling inferior, good on you.I know most GPs do this, but I had the experience once of asking for a second opinion from a GP and she was very defensive that I even asked!
You would be better off going to a Vet!

Yes sleepy that's true. My husband has made quite a few diagnoises for pets and their owners. They in turn hot foot it to docs if necessary !!
what's the name of that drug they give to horses etc to sedate them?Is it Ketamine or something?
I feel that diazepam and lithium are , well, ' i'm getting a tolerance to them...
