Erchencia vitamin tablet not correct spellling

Please help
Recently I was advised to take vitamin tablets but i cant quite remember the name of them.
It sounded very much like " Erchencia ". I understand this is not the correct spelling for the vitamin tablet.
Does anyone know what is the correct spelling of this vitamin tablet please?
It is usually taken for sinus problems and colds.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could it be Echinacea? There's some info on it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Echinacea
