Ha, ha, ha,God I'm flattered. I'm not a psychologist. I have seen them though, and psychiatrists too:) I'm actually a property developer amongst a few other things in my time.
I done for about 18 months. Sometimes it was great but I was on the bank and some of the permanents looked down their noses at us. I just got sick of it in the end.......Oh, and I hated the hours
Nox you should be a psychologist, or family worker for sure start or something, cos I think your answers are always spot on & very helpful to people. Ummmm I know what you mean, but my team have proper inductions and clinical supervision for bank nursing assisants and we value their work. Or I like to think we do.
I do mentor people coming off drugs and also ex-offenders as I had drink and drug issues and I also spent time in prison so I do as much as I can, but I'm hellish busy to be honest most of the time rewarding as it is.
Yea, I suppose you could compare the two. Now I really understand how you feel!
It was pot luck, depending on what ward you worked on. I liked the younger ones but always seemed to end up with the ones transferred from broadmoor. Or the pedo's.
