hi milo , you say your not due your period yet, well any sort of vaginal bleeding needs checking out hun, it may be nothing to worry about but only your doc can tell you really , so get your bum down there !! hope everythings ok , and im sure it is ! xx
this sometimes happens when you have, really boisteroius sex, was your partner maybe too rough? did it hurt either during or after? if it was accompanied by any pain or discomfort, go and see your gp, if not just put it down to one of these things, unless it happens frequently in which case you should get it checked out, by the way are you keeping up your smear tests? thats really important.
may be you should try some gentle bonking next time.

lol! yeah i suppose it was a bit rough and ready!

Im up to date on my smears and everythinng is always ok, i think i will go and see the doc (cringe!!) he's known me for ever so im sure that will be pleasant (?!?!)

I just wanted to see if it had ever happened to anyone else-it appears im alone!!!!!
Maybe you just had a small polp which got rubbed off but get it checked. Nothing to loose
were you eating beetroot in bed ?
This happened to me once and what transpired was that my partner had caught me with their fingernails and made a small cut in my skin on the outside (couldn't feel it or anything) but there was blood everywhere especially from such a small cut.
LMFAO @ crete!!!!!!!

In all seriousness though, you should defnitely go to see your GP. He/she may ask you the same questions as on here and is likely to put it down to over-vigorous sex and therefore ask you to monitor it. You should monitor it anyway.

If it was a particularly long & boisterous session then; 1) you lucky sod!!!, and 2) you may have experienced a small tear. If you feel around the outside of your vagina you may find a sore spot. Check yourself out with a mirror to see if that's the case before you see your doctor. It would certainly save you the embarrassment if that turned out to be the cause.

Tell your boyfriend to be gentler!!
This happened to me when I was younger and was not a virgin. It was discovered that I had a cervical erosion and fibroids and all was cured. so get a check-up and good luck.

Thanks all!!

Will defo see gp oh and no crete there were no vegatables involved lol!
are you sure it was your blood?

My friend had this problem , turns out her bf had a very tight foreskin that split, bled everywhere, she caught him the second time it happened trying to cover it up in the bathroom!!

Just a thought .
Prob most likely that you have cut the wall of your vagina, which can lead to crazy amounts of blood... Try feeling gently inside with your finger to see if there is a cut - if so, nothing to worry about and it will just heal. If not, then always best to refer yourself to your GP. Also could be that more of the hymen has split - this can happen a long time after you have lost your virginity. Nice work on the rough sex though! ;)
I've had this too a good few times, scary amount of blood isn't it and rather embarrasing.

I have a cervical abrasion, a scar which causes mine, had it checked out and a colposcopy thing done.

Still happens from time to time to me and if you're getting a bit rough it can make things worse.

Is there anything which could aggravate it or cut you such as a ring, i got cut by a ring once and again loads of blood.

Get it checked out though just in case and if anything else to put your mind at rest.
