Our bank actually put up a tree with lights and all the trimming's in JULY crete. It caused an uproar as most customer's had holiday's on their not Xmas! Anyway someone contacted our local newspaper who interviewed the manager. He said he's wanted to remind customer's that it's never too early to start saving for Xmas. Needless to say the tree was taken down. Silly man!

i always thought you put your tree up 12 days before christmas, but i now sell christmas trees and if i dont have a full stock on the last day of november i will miss the rush on dec 1st????

Yeh crete, July! I thought it was some sort of joke when I saw it stood there in all it's glory. Everyone was amazed, we all had holiday's on our minds not Xmas! That's HSBC for you. I dunno if any other branches (Scuse the pun) did the same though.
