Serious answer (well as serious as I get anyway) - For an actual problem on here I prefer to see less cyber kisses an virtual hugs, direct answers, if it's medical direction to a more suitable place and if the poster is actually talking out the wrong hole then I think it should be pointed out quickly and painlessly.

Also, less lynch mobs when someone has a different opinion might be nice too.... I think we're running out of pitchforks and laterns.
