What did you eat today?

Me...

Brekkie - banflakes and sultanas with skimmed milk.

Lunch - some herb potatoes in Harvey Nics.

Tea - not yet but got some tuna I'm gonna have with some sweetcorn.

Lots of tea, 2 filter coffees in Harvey Nics (David Walliams was in there!!!), cranberry juice and fresh orange juice.

breakfast- two bananas and two toast with butter,
oats so easy two sachets syrup flavour with milk.

tea- two jacket potatoes with lots of wensleydale cheese

two packets of crisps

lots of tea and orange juice
Dominos Pizza, whilst watching the football, now i'm off to the boozer

Ps, i.ve earned it?
Cup of tea, 1 litre of orange juice with bits.

2 pints Kronenbourg in the pub, 2 bottles of Budweiser since I got home. Lining up for Spanish Mince with Uncle Ben's wild and long grain boil-in-the-bag rice. African Farms chilli sauce.

ps has anyone tried lamb and mint walkers crisps, i have a load left over from a multi pack bag but not sure if dare brave them, they sound hideous

Hi sweetie! :o)

Breakfast (does it count at 4am this morning?!)- A quarter of a KFC Boneless Bucket (heh!).

Lunch- Cheese and ham sandwich and a Double Decker.

Dinner- A big plate of my mum's Carbonara.

Countless pints of water and a Mars drink (my hangover cure!).

I will be sooooo good this week, I swear... :o(

dinner.... peppered steak , oven chips, mushrooms and salad.....

Jenna, if you have an eating disorder, why are you asking for peoples diets? I havent got an "eating disorder" I just dont eat enough, It makes feel ill to see the lists, cheers for that.

I'm recovering from an eating disorder that put me in hospital a number of times and caused all kinds of other problems.

I'm trying to prove to myself that I can follow a healthy diet for charity and to get rid of a lot of the excess weight i put on when i started eating again without falling back into an eating disorder.

I had an initial crisis and agreed with some very supportive ABers to post my progress on here so they could keep and eye on me.

I'm sorry if it offends you and makes you feel sick but could you not just ignore the post?

Mid morning Coffee, biscuits

Lunch Beef & mustard baps (2) Coffee

Dinner Chilli,mushrooms & Chips, Water, Grapes,

Breakfast: 1 bowl of Special K Cereal with Red Berries & milk

Lunch: (naughty!) 1 chocolate muffin and a Latte

Evening: 1 small pork pie

During the day: 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of coffee (both with Splenda & milk), two glasses of lemon barley squash (no sugar)

And my man and I are about to be naughty again as we are having ice cream in a mo. Anyone want some?

Brekkie- 1+1/2 bowls of cereal +1 cup of tea

Lunch/Brunch- waffles, scrambled eggs, wholewheat bun
1 cup of tea

Dinner- 2 slices of pizza, 2 scoops of choc icecream
1 bottle (500ml) of water
I have to eat soft of liquid food for a week... :( I've had these ridiculous rubber bands put in my mouth as preperation for braces next week... (woofrickinhoo) and they're agony... I can't bite down, chew, close my teeth.. so I have to 'chew' with my tongue.. yey! today I had soup for lunch and chopped up gammon steak for dins with mashed potato, mashed carrot... mashed parsnip.. hell I even had mashed up brussel sprouts.. yumyum
Almost forgot .... i had an apple today too.
Don't feel so guilty now :)

Ps I was a bit peckish last night so had some chopped tomato, cucumber, celery, green pepper and mozzarella.


Morning honey! You are doing every so well!!

Yesterday:

Brunch - eggs,grilled bacon,baked beans,cup of tea - yummy!!

Mid afternoon - corned beef sandwich whilst watching the footie.

Evening - Steak pie with gravy.

Very naughty with drinkie poos whilst watching footie and tv in evening so daren't list it all! But did have lots of water as well and lemon squash - lol

Have an upset tummy today but feeling loads healthier, bit crap, but loads healthier :)

Have also bought some of those Dannone Actimel things as well to try and they were on offer too :)

Am taking a multivitamin everyday too and have started reading my stopping smoking book too to quit again and for good!
