for lunch- pasta bake & coleslaw
extra's- 2 packets of crisps, cadbury boost, 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter & nutella (mmmmm) & few brews.
Jenna, if you have an eating disorder, why are you asking for peoples diets? I havent got an "eating disorder" I just dont eat enough, It makes feel ill to see the lists, cheers for that.
I'm recovering from an eating disorder that put me in hospital a number of times and caused all kinds of other problems.
I'm trying to prove to myself that I can follow a healthy diet for charity and to get rid of a lot of the excess weight i put on when i started eating again without falling back into an eating disorder.
I had an initial crisis and agreed with some very supportive ABers to post my progress on here so they could keep and eye on me.
I'm sorry if it offends you and makes you feel sick but could you not just ignore the post?
I have to eat soft of liquid food for a week... :( I've had these ridiculous rubber bands put in my mouth as preperation for braces next week... (woofrickinhoo) and they're agony... I can't bite down, chew, close my teeth.. so I have to 'chew' with my tongue.. yey! today I had soup for lunch and chopped up gammon steak for dins with mashed potato, mashed carrot... mashed parsnip.. hell I even had mashed up brussel sprouts.. yumyum
Brunch - eggs,grilled bacon,baked beans,cup of tea - yummy!!
Mid afternoon - corned beef sandwich whilst watching the footie.
Evening - Steak pie with gravy.
Very naughty with drinkie poos whilst watching footie and tv in evening so daren't list it all! But did have lots of water as well and lemon squash - lol
