Ok my sleep paralysis kicked in again last night, I keep hearing scratching in my room, well last night I shot up in bed looked at door and there were loads of baby rabbits, I went back to sleep then told someone in my dream that my bedroom was like telly tubby land, then I when I woke up again I had a big web in front of my face and there was a giant spider on it, I grabbed my duvet and smothered spider holding it there for ages, then I just thought you stupid idiot and went back to sleep. I�ve got to stop this.

pu_ul bless you're not a greenie anymore. I reckon I should, I may just record myself one night as would be hilarious to see what I do. But then I could get really freaked out if I�d videoed these creatures that appear in my room, especially the octopus that came through my bedroom wall :-)

Believe me Lore I�m not mad (just special) , I get sleep paralysis where your body is awake but you are still dreaming so everything seems lifelike, its not all the time, but I haven�t been sleeping well lately.
