Too old to believe - modern day fables?

My mum has just called me to tell me she spotted St Nicolas at my front door this morning when she drove past. Translated meaning she has dropped off a present at my house. St Nicolas traditionally is a secret gift giver and leaves gifts for all children on the 6th of December, this is especially believed in Eastern Europe (bit more info if you want an excuse to spoil your loved ones earlier Http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Nicholas)
Thinking about it she also tells me every Easter Sunday that the Easter bunny was spotted in my garden and low and behold I find chocolate eggs in a basket in my garden. I am 28 but still find this heart-warming.
Do any of you still have this weird pretence with your kids/parents, or am I just trying desperately to cling onto my youth?
