caught in the middle

im in the middle of an argument between two of my friends and im stuck as to what to say cos one is telling me one thing then the other is telling me another. there both txting me and im like jeeeeezz leave me out of it, how can i say without been harsh,.. GOD im so angry

Just be honest and tell them that. They are the ones being harsh and unfair in using you to substantiate their own argument against each other.

Just tell them. I am mates with this girl and her sis and sometimes they try and bring me into things, I have told them now and they realise I�m right because if they carry on they�d lose me.
