Maybe you shouldn't wait till x-mas, maybe you could prepare a little dinner for her and her friends as early as this weekend ... While cooking the main course, you could use laxatives as a major ingredient and mix well (meanwhile, lock the bathrooms) ... it'll be a dinner they'll never forget :)
Before you go ahead, make sure you've packed all your belongings and have somewhere to stay.

she may well rather be with him on xmas day and get in first...

its a good idea - if you are happy for every xmas day for the rest of your life to remind you of this girl...

the best thing is to get rid of her and then show her you are having the best xmas ever without her...that would be better - because, as she has already cheated on you, she may well be glad you have gone, rather than crying her eyes out
