Hands on heads everyone. Interlock your fingers and pressing down hard and firmly for a minute or so, also pushing up with shoulders.. - and relax. Does it feel like your floating? You try it in a door frame too, just hands by your sides pressing hard against frame. and relax, - your arms floating up now? Cor, what fun.. :-)
LOL I used to LOVE doin that! Also, carry two well heavy bags of shopping for 3 mins and then put them down and your arms will fly up in the air - similar to the door senario as mentioned above ;o) Great fun :oP
'Ans Werbok, I appreciate that your question was probably posted to lighten up the world for a short time. I love the answers to this fun topic.
