baby first... but I don't know about Freud; door's more likely to be the gasman than friends (friends email), and as for tap = love life, not my tap it doesn't... in fact what tap said to me was home-environment-physical security.
that said, I suspect most people would really pick up a ringing mobile before even the baby.

depends why the baby was crying - if it was just a general "i'm crying because I am a baby and thats what babies do" then i would turn off the tap, because that is the only one here with potential dangers involved - can't help baby if you have been electrocuted, or broken your neck on a wet floor can you?
door and phone - whichever I am nearest to - then tell whoever to wait a minute
the clothes will dry again so wouldn't care too much
