Ripped cords

Not sure where this should go so I'll just put it here. I split the back of my cord trousers a bit when I put something in the back pocket. Oops! I was just wondering what the best way to fix it is. Sewing probably wouldn't be great as the material is a bit thin and rips easily. Is there any kind of patch I could put on the inside that would stick there? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
