Phantom period thing

I'm due on at the end of next wk but for the past wk I've had like a phantom period, lots of pain, very heavy sore boobs and all that but no bleeding yet. Could sthing be wrong?

If you've never been like that before, go see your Doctor. Could be nothing, but sounds worrying.

possibly a hormone imbalance, see your GP and keep a diary about your cycle

Sounds like my normal cycle. But if it isn't yours and you're concerned you should pop a little visit to your GP just to put your mind at rest.
