Foundation SOS?

after countless efforts to find the best foundation i just simply cannot find one thats nice. ive resorted to wearing Boots no7 Intelligent Colour (you just buy Fair-Medium or Dark and it perfectly suits your skin) which (for people who dont have oily skin) IS A MUST HAVE! its lovely!! its a velvety sort of foundation it goes on like a dream and gives u a gorgoeus, glow but its bringing out my spots as i have oily skin already. Stupid i know but it was the only one that looked nice. but now my skin has had enough, my spots are back with a vengence! im thinking of trying a higer price brand e.g. Clairins or Lancome?
Can anyone recommend one?
Please help, i cant go out without my make-up ill feel naked! LOL

Hi buzy,
Before you invest any more money, why not go and ask at the counters if they have any samples to try? explain your having probs with skin reactions and would like to try before you buy. Clarins are very good and have tinted moisturisers too. It may be the perfumes in the foundations you're allergic to or they're just simply blocking your pores.

i use one by estee lauder called double wear and its amazing! i have oily skin and spots sometimes but this foundation is the business and never lets me down!! I used to use clinique stuff and swore i would never change but this stuff is too good! ask for a sample, the girl who sold it to me wouldnt let me buy it until i had used the sample for a couple of days to make sure it was definately right for me, thought was really good as usually they palm you off with anything as long as they sell something.
