My Dad still treats me like a kid, when I go out with him he makes me go back to his house to get a taxi and he makes me a packed lunch to take home with me. Then I have to ring to say I have got in safely

The next day I will then receive a phone call to ask if I enjoyed my sandwhiches......and cakes

He also still tells me off in public!!!!

when im out with my nearly 18yr old daughter and someone says god are you sisters and when i tell them who she is they dont believe me,it really makes me feel young again

Hahaha we go through that routine too - my birthday's two weeks before his so I'm 8 years older for that period, gawd he doesn't half rub it in!

Curlylfim, wicked!!! my Beetle was 35 yrs old and sky blue... cost a blumin fortune to get fixed up and I loved it... she started after sitting in the snow for 2 weeks too!!!

being a young lad in se london in the early 80's, we all skateboarded and listened to hip hop, i just never grew up

Listening to the oldies hour on the radio sometimes (accidently of course). Also, watching MTV- 'blast from the past' (esp. 'music', ie-cr4p, from the 80's), not forgetting good old classical music (yawn,yawn) lol.

i have a 15 year old son i get asked am i hes sister . i also feel really young when im at hes school things and most of the other parents are old lol
