I seems to be a theme with many presenters of "life changing" programmes, Trinny and Susannah (though I have really warmed to them now) and Nicky Hamilton Jones from 10 Years Younger.

She's always reminded me of one of the Wicked Witch of the West's flying monkeys that perhaps crash-landed badly once and had to have it's wings amputated.
She's a horrific bully who humiliates people into changing their lives. That never works long term. I would absolutely love to see a revisit to past success stories to see whether the new diet and exercise regimes have been adhered to.
My guess is that they haven't.

I can't stand her but I find the program strangley compellng because of the absolute basket cases she get's on there. I also love the rebellious ones like the bloke on the other night who had what effectively was his last supper, a double cheese and bacon toasty for breakfast. She isn't a real Dr and some of her methods, as a bit of an amateur nuritionist myself, seem very odd. She is basically a bully with a poo fixation, however the results are usually good but like others above I doubt if anyone continues with the regeme afterwoods it's just too extreme. Anyone can lose weight and get fit but staying that way is what is difficult, it takes a major lifestyle change and that is very difficult indeed. On these extremem regemes soner or later people crack and revert to large doner kebab and chips!
