Forever Young

Is the idea of remaining 'Forever Young' a physical or a mental ideal? Is it achievable through what we wear, how we act and all the anti ageing treatments that are available on the market or from the way we begin to feel from the inside out??

Well until science evolves sufficiently it can only really be a psychological principle. All the things you refer to help towards making someone feel good about themselves which often gives them a youthful verve to their emotions, outlook and perceptions.
But ageing (until the scientific breakthrough we are all waiting for) is an irreversible process and whilst we can dress ourselves up to achieve the above, we are still getting old. You can keep an 18th Century Chippendale cabinet looking as new for many many years (250 years probably!) and although quite handsome, it has some history and is still old.

I think its all about how you are inside. I know people in their 20's who are like pensioners with their fuddy duddy ways and on the flip side I know pensioners who are full of fun and enjoy their lives to its limit!
Age is only a number. I feel in my early 20's! =o) The down side of being older is like the old saying goes....' the mind is willing but the body can't keep up!' (or something like that!)
