What do you reckon is the average length of time it takes for someone to say, 'I LOVE YOU?' The guys I've dated have said it to me around 2-3 months.

And whats the quickest amount of time its taken for you to say it?

Awwwwwwwwwwww, folk are sweet.... Paul, how old are you? Just wondering as you've never said it!

I asked this because my new date told me this 4 times on our SECOND might together (He came to visit/stay for the weekend) and we only met on New Years Eve!!!

I know things are moving VERY fast indeed between us (he's already asked me to go on holiday with him) but I could have laughed in his face had I not thought before I opened my mouth! He must be confused with lust, methinks!

I've only ever told one girl I love them, and that was my current girlfriend; it was about a month ago, after going out for about two months. I'd known it for longer though, just didn't want to scare her off by saying it too early!

I'd always been determined I wouldn't say it unless I meant it, hence why I was 24 before I first said it. She's definitely the one.

Hmmm, i suppose it depends how fit you are or what the guy is like. I dont ever remember saying it first, but i know girls i have dated have said it after a couple of weeks. But i think they love my company more than they love me...

My boyfriend put it on the end of a text to me after 2 weeks. I had to read it twice before I then replied back asking him if he had realised what he had typed. He said yes.

Awwww, yes it certainly does...... my guy said it when I had my back to him in bed... I think he thought I was asleep, but the next day, I asked him if he could remember saying it... he laughed and said he couldn't, to which I burst out laughing and reminded him that he had said it FOUR times to my back, lol!

Not bad as second dates go!
