Well lastnight I got that feeling in my throat where I just knew I'd not be feeling too well. Fell a bit better coz I actually got out of bed.

yep, thats the one 4get. Sore throat for a day and temp, then a day of feeling like heads full of cotton wool, then day of aches a pains so far.
