how do i top this?

it was my birthday last week and my boyfriend really spoilt me . cake, balloons, banners and flowers delivered to work when i got there to start the night shift.

his birthday is in 3 weeks how on earth do i top this? i really want to make his day special too.

How about a picninc somewhere with all of his fav things and a bottle of bubbly, lots of little notes in envelopes with IOU's in them( IOU a massage, IOU a rmantic dinner etc)
