glasses - is there a way to get rid of minute scratches?

I discovered lots of tiny scratches on my glasses, they are only visible when they catch the light.

it has been caused by a few grains of sugar in the case (!?)

they don't affect them much but i wondered if i could fix this?

also, should you wash the little cleaning cloths occasionally? or are they impreganated?

I think you could just go into specsavers with them and they can polish the scratches away
