raysparx1 i would think that because there was only adam and eve in the garden of eden, the paintings were done some considerable time afterwards, and probaly just from a description given by a snake

but whiffey the only thing my belly button is any good for is, I keep salt in it when I go to bed and take a bag of chips with me, I can dip them in, or it fills up with bed fluff.

Anyway, maybe Renaissance artists were just STOOPID and painted the models as they looked in front of them! Or maybe the church at the time dictated that Adam & Eve looked like circus freaks without belly buttons. Stranger things have happened.

Good luck champers, in my job as curator of antiquities and fine art at the royal acadamy of neo-classical fine art I have yet to come across such a thing, I have travelled the world in pursuit of such a painting, many have tried to trick me but I am an expert in this field, oh nursies calling time for my tablets, bye xx
