Thanks Spurslady .... Im a red head and two of the guys at work are moaning that they have got a cold at the moment and state that men get worse colds than women. When I told them about red heads being more sensitive to pain they all started laughing at me! Just forwarded the link and now they have all shut up!
im sure i read somewhere redheads have a tendency to bleed more,
Apparantly, we also have one layer of skin less than you other mere mortals.
no way, i gave birth with no pain relief and never screamed like a bloody maniac, more like men, they cant have a sore head and they think they have a tumour. and when they are feeling a little under the weather, us women have to put up with this crap, does the term MAN FLU spring to mind?
Redheads tend to be more vocal about stuff, so I guess this also applies to pain. There is also the problem of very sensitive skin which probably doesn't help.
