they are going to coat them with a type of weatherproof cement like pebbledash and whitewash it afterwards
Its the bit between the bricks on your house. Perhaps Home & Garden can help. Blimey Bernard is serious cementing his turkeys. What a bar steward he really is!!

Render can mean to melt down fat by heating.
This is from a cher type web site if it helps:

To render the turkey carcass we will seperate the leg transport system of the turkey from the wing (used to be flight) part of the bird. This will give us two stocks. One dark stock for the pasta or noodle less soup and one light soup for a noodle soup base.

(leg transport system? lol)

Thank you, jenna
It is what they do on Bones (with David Boreanez) when they want to examine the bones of the body forensically, that young lad in the lab is always the one who has to do it, i think they have done it on CSI too.
rendering is the melting down / clarifying / removal of fat by melting.

strange --- as scientists are not sure how the virus was passed to this rafter of Turkeys !!

... I wouldn't keep the fat - burns well if left in the body!
as part of the animal by products order - brought in after F&M - they have to render the ABP before burning it.
