Thanks x
Struggled with this one myself Amber.
It isn't easy but can be achieved .........apparently.
Like Dot says, believe in yourself and avoid people who want to make you feel something that you are not
( ie beneath them).
Hold your head up and be counted.
People who sound very confident and arogant are generally not underneath. People whu have a lot going for them domt need to tell you how good they are...you will know. So dont believe for one second that someone c0cky and confident is like that underneath.
spot on zorro, and not only that, people who seem to want to make your life a misery are usually so insecure and jealous of what you have, they can't help but be vindictive.
Accepting yourself as you are - good and bad points (we all have them), accepting that everyone makes mistakes, forgiving yourself for making mistakes, accepting that everyone, including yourself, has rights, opinions, bad habits, good/bad moods and that these can be subject to change in an instance......and accepting that there doesn't necessarily HAVE to be a right and a wrong in a disagreement - there can be just simply a difference of opinion......well, that's how i do it anyway....everyone is special in their own way..... x
