Saying I love you is good for the body & soul?

Anyone agree - lets all have a big love in today and turn to the person next to you - yes even if you have a laptop and you are some high flying business man on a plane or something just tell that person that you love them.

Well, I'm alone working from my office today.
My neighbour is a 6' 5" Prison officer.
Think I might just give him the usual nod and 'morning' if that's ok but inside I will be saying, 'I love you'. Hope that counts.
