maintaining body shape
4 Answers
Recently i cleaned up my diet and as a result I've lost about a stone. I don't exactly mind, as my aim was to be healthier but I feel I've lost the shape I once had.
I have always had a fairly curvy lower half and (don't get me wrong, it's still curvy!) I just feel that I've lost that certain...je ne sais quoi. Are there any good gym exercises I can do to really tone up the area, while still maintaining a nice womanly figure? Thanks

I've always had a classic hourglass figure, that was until I turned 45 then i got that spare tyre round the middle that will not shift no matter what I do. I know its not the answer you wanted but thought I'd share it with you anyway. Take Care. Doll x
Hey Swizz,
Well done you. I find yoga really good gentle exercise and it is beginning to tone up my lower half very well. I have to say that since I passed thirty - some time ago now! - it seems much harder to lose those extra pounds!
Best thing it to go to a class as you will learn to do the postures properly. British Wheel of Yoga will be a good place to find a local instructor.
Good luck x
