I've had them all day as had a big interview this morning for an amazing job and am waiting to hear whether I was successful.

Have been offered another job but the one I'm waiting on would be such an opportunity I've been on tenderhooks all day and butterflies whenever the phone rings!!!

i had terrible butterflies a while ago when i was entering hospital on a Sunday afternoon for open heart surgery on the Monday morning,

I'm seeing I guy I work with, couldn't decide if I liked him or not then went upstairs (we work on different floors) and spotted him in my path, got major butterflies. That answered the question!!!

I had butterflies and felt sick with nerves/excitement all day yesterday due to a first date with a great guy - today I still have butterflies with anticipation at seeing him again :-) Not eaten for 48 hours either - even better!
