me and my boyfriend went for about a year with only having sex every couple of months, if that (I had repeated down-there problems) and our relationship is and was through that time, great! However, sex does help, I got very paranoid he was going to get fed up of waiting but he was lovely, as always! But now we're having sex again I feel a lot more secure, smsagro arent necessary all the time if you're in love with the person although it would be a bit frustrating if you never had one! But maybe if you were just in the relatioship for sex then i would have thought that theyd be necessary! Sorry, very long winded rambling answer there!

Of course there is, and loads of it!!!!! Good sex adds to a good relationship but i certainly dont think its the be all and end all and if you truly love someone the sex isnt the most important thing, not by a long shot. I think its more important to feel loved in lots of other ways! Sex sfor a woman starts long beofre she gets inthe bedroom anyway
I think You could be right about good sex keeping an otherwise loveless relationship alive though!
red's quote is spot on!!!!!

Don't think you can continue a proper relationship without sex but there is definitely more to a relationship than sex. I always thought it was cliche but I really think a guy who can make me laugh is absolutely the most important thing. I'm not entirely sure my present interest can do that though : (
