do people throw their rubbish out of car windows? Do any of you do this? I live on a fairly main rural road and each day have to clear my garden of coke cans, plastic bottles and food wrappers - not to mention the occasional disposable nappy and other unmentionables. I am not a physically fit person and also care for a disabled relative. It is not easy for me to clear this rubbishI can't believe that people that act in this way have any cares about anyone else except themselves. Why can't they do as others do and take their rubbish home to dispose of?

By the way Bob: What's a roadsweeper? Haven't seen one of those for years and years. They disappeared along with the gritters round here!!

I agree with redcrx. I have a nice Scion XB(I live in the Sates)
And i would never dream of trashing the world like that. My husband refuses to go in my car until i clean out all the trash first. I was walking behind a lady the other day and she had an ice lolly and i watched her unwrap it and just throw the wrapper to the ground obviously without a seconds thought of what she was doing. I hate people like. Not only does my car end up with trash in it, but so does my handbag or pockets. I will not throw trash on the ground. Nappies!!!!!???? people are really sick!

I will also mention that i am proud to have a daughter(22) and a son(21) who wouldn't dream of trashing others gardens or hedges or anywhere with their trash. I like to go to the beach in Santa Monica(US) and it is always nice to see people making the effort and clearing up the area of sand they were on. There are trash cans all over. There are of course the occasional
slobs who dont, and they're not always the young.
