We were all told to write these stupid biopics for work to go on the staff intranet site, and one of the girls I knew at work said she wouldn't do it. I decided that I'd write a joke one for her and send it to her to look at. It basically went into detail about how her hobbies included pole dancing, rubber fetishism, and picking up strange men in carparks. Somehow I managed to forward this straight to one of the bosses of our sister company, and spent the next hour in gut churning torture. Eventually I got a message back from him saying something along the lines of "I suggest that you let her check this first, and I also suggest that you're careful who you send e-mails to in future". The relief was the best feeling ever.

I've e-mailed my boss by accident twice. And both times when I was talking about him!
Both times my boss was using his authority to get me to do a task which I strongly felt should be dealt with somebody in a managerial role. So I sent an e-mail to a colleague who was involved in it, voicing my opinions. But because I was talking about my boss, I ended up putting his name in the 'To:' line of the mail. D'oh!! He received and read it and then came down and took the mickey out of me!! hahahaha! Thankfully the e-mail content was tactfully written so there was nothing that he could have taken offence at.
The 2nd e-mail involved the same boss but this time I pressed 'send' and then realised I'd done it again! This was one a lot more offensive and I really panicked. My only saving grace was that the boss wasn't in at the time so I ran to the IT Manager, who was also a pal, and begged him to delete the mail from the server!! He did it without question!
After that I vowed to air any grievances with my boss direct!!

I texted my best mate bitching about my ex (was still my boyfriend at the time lol) saying "yeah, saw him in the pub, he was being a complete dick as usual, I'm sick of him"
Next morning she phoned me and said "did you try and text me last night?" I said yeah.
She had gone to my boyfriends house that morning and he just handed her his phone and said "I think this was meant for you" LMAO I freaked but he never ever mentioned it lol

I had reluctantly arranged to go out with an old schoolfriend one night but suddently got a better offer. I didn't want to offend my schoolfriend so as much as I wanted to cancel, I stuck to our original plans. However, I texted the person who made the better offer and explained that although I wasn't looking forward to my night out and that the schoolfriend was a bit of a pain, I couldn't get out of it. Only problem was, I sent it to the schoolfriend in error!!!!!!. She phoned me to ask if that was how I really felt and I said no but that I wanted the other person to think that so that she wasn't hurt by my choosing not to go out with her. Basically, I lie to protect people's feelings and it does me no good!
LOL! I remember, babe. Bless you heart. Remember mine? :o) x
I was emailing a male cyber friend of mine and the emails were quite flirty. Then I sent one of them to my boyfriend... with all the past ones I'd sent attached! I've never felt so sick in my life. I knew what I'd done as soon as I'd clicked 'Send' and was clicking like mad on everything I could to try and make it fail.
The emails were only jokey and I'm a nice girl, really, but I knew how they'd be taken. I was in a LOT of trouble. I'm so careful now, LOL! :o)

I have that many names in my mobile i really have to be careful when sending a text message, my daughter used my phone to text her bloke once and she sent it to my bloke by mistake because at that time they both had the same name and for some reason she thought seeing that name in my phone it was her bloke DOH. It was really odd and hard to explain afterwards because my bloke thought i had gone funny lol
