Hey. Anyone know the best exercises to get rid of unwanted flab around the chest area? I look like i've got boobs! Genuine answers only please! Cheers people
Push ups might be the best way to start with strengthening the chest area. If you're going to be serious about it though you might want to get into the gym and do bench press, inclined dumbell press and flies. To lose the flab you'll probably have to get some aerobic exercise in as well (of which swimming would be the best in my opinion), although those in the know seem to be claiming that you lose more fat by doing resistance training than aerobic exercise.

If you want to lose weight then you do need to do both resistance and aerobic, the aerobic burns calories obviously but the resistance also increase's the bodys higher rate of metabolism for longer therefore prolonging the effects of the aerobic. Its always very difficult to target a specific area and see results only in that area. a good all round program would be best but obviously include specifc exercises as mentioned by dave_in_cw.
