don't watch lee evans later
Surely whoever (doc?) performed your snip would have given you "tips"?

And tips for what exactly?
Question Author
the clue's in the question, 'recovery'.
Is it really necessary to avoid anything strenuous for 2 weeks?
haha you are a jaffa
that's why I said don't watch lee evans, you will laugh too much DOH
try it and see
Well im not an expert, but if that's what you've been advised then yes avoid strenuous exercise, and my apologies, for some odd reason my (pea-sized) brain didn't register the word 'recovery' in the title.

Whiffey went for a vasecomy once, but the doctor couldn`t do it

He said `there`s no end to this pr!ck`

Only kidding Whiffster!!!!
vasectomy even...oops

I had mine in October, no problems, just make` sure you keep the wound clean and dry, dont worry about the colour, they will go back to normal after a couple of days.
PS, I was must say make sure you have the 2 hours rest afterwards
I tried to mow lawn day after next door neighbour had to finish it . Take it easy and keep getting rid of the live ammo if you know what I mean.
Had mine done monday, worked tuesday, had a s*** saturday. Just carry on as normal lol.
My pa slid over on a patch of ice on his way home from the hospital back in '79 and bust a stitch or two.

Must have been agony for him at the time but it's now a hilarious family anecdote. How we laugh.
