I have recently purchased a lateral thigh trainer (LTT), they are relatively cheap and easy to use and it is something you can have in your home, can do it watching television or listening to music, and the beauty about it, is it's a guaranteed 'fat burner' and relatively gentle.. The first couple of times you use it you have to learn how to keep properly balanced but after that it was great.. You can do a google search on (LTT) that can give you a bit more information. You could also reduce your weight by doing something simple as more walking and eating less. But the beauty about the (LTT) is that if the weather is not conducive to walking get the (LTT) out and burn some fat.
