Anyone had a 4D scan of their baby...?
I'm probably gonna get one done on Friday at the Baby Show....but i'm quite hesitant...i find it quite scary and daunting...seeing a 4D (!?) image of the baby inside your belly on the screen!

Nat you have GOT to do it if you get the chance! they were so expensive when i was pregnant (about 300) so i resisted. But if you can then go for it, just check your dates as there is a 'window' of time that they like to do them in.
Youll get to see her little face and get a much clearer view than your hospital scan
ps. emailed you, apologies if ive waffled

Those moving pictures do look wonderful but I wonder if there are any risks to the baby. The 4D process involves a much higher ultrasound exposure than ordinary ultrasound and I have heard of some concerns about ordinary ultrasound.
After a quick search I found http://www.aims.org.uk/Journal/Vol17No1/ultras ound.htm . It might be worth looking into this sort of thing before you go ahead.
Sorry to put a bit of a damper on all the enthusiasm!
