- Water - Loads - couldnt count - i drink water from 9-5 on mon-fri.

Lettuce, toms, red onions, spring onions, radish, beetroots,
cucumber, celery, avocado, red peppers.... x2
Brocolli, carrots, orange pepper, courgettes, onions and garlic.
Apples everyday and slices of lemon in tea :-)
2 hours a day fast walking the dog over rough ground lol....

Fruit/veg- Probably about two portions a day. I'm not big on fruit or veg. Even now my nan force feeds me it. :'o(
Exercise- Erm... not much. Had a bit of a lazy week, this week, although I did go for a quick run on Tuesday.
Water- Tons. Drink it all day at work and have pints of squash at home all evening.
Cigarettes- None. Ever. Ewwww...
Alcohol- None. I only ever drink if I go out at the weekends. It's not often now, though.

excercise......: about 5 hours vigorous
water..............: dunno in cups but about 20 i drink litre bottles of water from when i get up thru til bedtime but im normally up about 20 hrs everyday.
cigarettes......: aaarrggggg my vice! since monday roughly 100.
alcohol...........: erm 2 dbl vodkas
