Clicking

After legends question about snoring, I need to ask does anybody else click in their sleep? I do this quite a lot and wake myself up with it as it's so loud

Ok try putting the back of your tongue at the very back of your throat then breath in and out, thats what I do but really loud

No its not snoring its a loud clicking sound, nothing to do with breathing through nose at all.

dont know about clicking, but i do tend to stop breathing every now and then, well i think its more like hold my breath for an extended period of time. i can also hold conversations with people and answer their questions!
