I occassionally wear short skirts but pretty much always wear thick tights with them (of the black patterned variety not nora-batty stylee!) so there's no cance of me accidentally flashing anyone, and I wear them because they look good with pumps! also good when on hol over a bikini! anyway!! my view is, your only young once so flash your body about when no-ones going to judge you (too badly) for it! as for older women in short skirts, dont ask me as I really have no idea!
