I go to college, and when ever I say anything a girl, shouts over the top of me or puts me down like dont you know that one eve, getting stressed eve calm down. I have already pulled her up about it when we were alone but she just denied it she said sorry then shrugged her shoulders and did not make eye contact. I like to help and get on with everyone, let everyone have their own opinion, but this girl has a really loud mouth that can cut glass. any suggestions how I can get her to stop with the put downs, non violent ones in a nice way as i am really sick of her eve

I totally agree with indie_chick5. Maybe smile at her and say nothing when she's giving the put downs, it will agrivate her and she'll get bored and probably stop!

perhaps you'd be better off spending time with people who don't treat you like dirt? walk away, and if she is as insecure as she sounds, then she'll probably sort herself out and start treating your better.
