A beautiful, sunny day

It's just too good a day to waste in the office, so to make the most of it I am going to go for a lengthy cycle ride through Windsor town and along the Long Walk after work.

I'm going to the gym that we have at work to try to speed up my recovery from a grazed knee that I got a couple of weeks ago during a 2 hour epic game of footy then I'm going to watch Scotland beat Italy in the Euro qualifier with a carry out round at a mate's place!

She used to be (I think it�s Sara, not Sarah) but they fell out because of Lisa.

Yeah, that Lisa has made quite a few enemies in Windsor. Even the Queen has resorted to evicting Lisa from the town whenever she's in residence.

Gemma is really nice though. Except for that one time when she took a few too many steroids for a body-building contest and went a bit loopy!

Ah yes the steroids incident. Still, the hairs on her chest kept her warm in the winter weeks so it wasn't all bad news.
